Introduction

Hello! My name is Scott Lowe, and I'm the lead programmer for Project: Wallrider.

Game programming is my specialty, and I love helping other people learn. I know it's very tough to get started, because there aren't many good free resources for game development. I not only wish to help people program, but I want to provide them with a vehicle to do so.

Articles

These aren't exactly articles on Game Dev, so I'm posting them in my personal directory. I hope they prove helpful to some people out there!

About Me

Interests

  • Cross-platform Game Programming
  • Game Engine design
  • Data abstraction for games
  • Fresh Networking ideas
  • Camera work!
This especially! Ever think that a game could have been so much better, if only the camera didn't suck? It is very difficult to get the camera to be in the right place at the right time, with many objects the user could want to focus on. I hope to bring some new and fresh camera ideas to games during my career.
